Comment: In the space of normal use over a couple of months, the left earpiece came off the headset itself, taking with it the wires that conducted input and one of the wires that conducted output. I have neither a soldering gun nor the expertise to fix it, and I was not pleased.

Summary: Most uncomfortable headset ever
Comment: I've worn a few headsets (usually more expensive Plantronics). This set is easily the worst I've tried. Nowdays, I rarely have to wear a headset for more than an hour a week, otherwise I'd return these. Also, the mute switch doesn't work. If you need a pair for long term comfort and you want them to work right, don't shop on price alone.

Summary: Decent inexpensive headset
Comment: So, apparently these are the cheaper 'business' model of the old Internet Chat headset which I used to own. The box is a simple black & white printed box, obviously not the standard retail plastic packaging you would find in stores. These seem to be basically the same as the old headset, except the head loop in the back seems slightly bigger, and as a result, slightly uncomfortable. Also, it's advertised that these come with different colored ear piece covers just like the older ones I had, but they weren't included in the box for some reason.
Some reported the microphone stopped working after a short period of time, but I haven't experienced that myself just yet, but I'm crossing my fingers. Not the most comfortable, but cheap and work well enough.

The only thing I could ask for is a little small frame... It is a little too big for me. An adjustable one was welcome.
